  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Oil for deep frying
  1. Roast the coriander seeds in a dry pan until fragrant.
  2. Combine with the beef, fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar, mix well and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Stir fry the meat in a wok or sauté pan until all the marinade is reduced and absorbed, and then remove.
