Confectioners’ Sugar Glaze
  • 1½ cups confectioner’s sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons water
  1. Sift the sugar into a bowl. Stir in the water a spoonful at a time to reach the desired consistency making sure there are no lumps. Use it immediately!
  2. Note: You can replace some of the water with vanilla extract, lemon juice or even liquor, such as Grand Marnier.
