Bourbon Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Nilla Vanilla wafers, pulverized in the food processor
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped fine
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Instructions
This is an easy one! Combine all the ingredient in a bowl and mix well. The trick is refraining from making your balls too big. Roll them into small 1 inch balls, and then roll in confectioners’ sugar. When done, refrigerate at least an hour or preferably overnight. You might want to roll or dust them again before serving, plating, or gifting. You should get about 25 balls out of this recipe. When you see the way people scarf up your balls, you will understand why I recommend doubling or tripling the recipe. If you can get help rolling them, it makes all the difference in the world!
